How Much Will P&P Be If The Cost Varies?

This will depend on the weight of goods you have added to your shopping cart. You can view the lowest price option anytime by clicking the view cart button once you have added goods to your cart.

At this stage you will not have entered your card details and there is no commitment for you to buy. We will not store the contact details you filled in at the earlier checkout stage unless you then decide to buy.

Why Don't You Charge A Flat P&P Fee?

We understand flat fees are simpler for you to calculate, but they would prevent us from offering all our customers the best possible choice and value.

Because we offer a number of heavy products, charging a flat fee at a rate to recover our costs would penalise our customers who want to make lighter weight orders. We believe flat fees are an unfair practice where smaller customers are effectively contributing for the larger customers shipping costs.

We prefer to look after our larger customers by offering various multi-buy discounts on selected goods to more than offset the higher shipping charges compared to the flat fee shipping merchants. This way, we take the cost, not you!

What is the Courier Service for mainland UK?

Our UK mainland courier service delivers a 1 working day after dispatch service, so if you need it quick without the risk of Royal Mail delays this is the service for you. If your combined goods & packaging weight is over 2.25kg & your delivery postcode is in mainland UK excluding IV & KW postcodes, the courier service will be cheaper for you. The flat rate is £7.50 up to 28kg.
Please note that courier orders are only dispatched on Thursdays and Fridays.

Do you have a Courier Service to offshore/island location in UK?

We also have a courier service to IV, KW and UK offshore/Island locations which includes Northern Ireland, but excludes the Channel Isles. Due to the increased difficulties of reaching these locations this is a 3 working days after dispatch service & is slightly more expensive, however, if your parcel is over 8kg this will be your cheapest option. the flat rate is £10.50 up to 28kg. Please note that this courier service only dispatches on Thursdays and Fridays.

What if I am Out When My Goods Are Delivered?

If you use Standard or Express shipping and your package fits your letterbox, the postman will put it through your letterbox.

Larger packets or other shipping choices will need somebody to be in, otherwise the carrier will leave a calling card so you can re-arrange delivery or collection to suit yourself better. Why not put your work place or a local trusted friend/relative you know will be in for your delivery address.

For UK Courier orders you may write a special delivery note when ordering for the courier to leave your packet with a selected neighbour or hidden place such as in a wheely bin. However, we cannot take responsibility for non receipt in such cases.

What if my Packet is Late?

This rarely happens but your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. When we dispatch your goods, we send you an email which details exactly when & what you should do if your parcel is late. Following these instructions minimises the chances of your packet going missing.
