This means you receive more magnetic power than from neodymium magnets of an equal rating and size (normal neodymium magnets need capping which substantially reduces power available to you). The extra power has been confirmed with gaussmeter testing by an independent expert.

It is possible to magnetise Samarium Cobalt as high as approx 11,000 gauss but that power is not generally considered appropriate for magnetic bracelets.
